Suzy’s work is powerful, honest, and deeply needed. She brings a grounded, psychospiritual approach that helps women reconnect with their voice, purpose, and strength in a world that often silences them.
Her insight into the impact of patriarchy, trauma, and generational conditioning is both compassionate and clear, and she offers real tools for healing—not just surface-level change.
If you’re ready to do meaningful inner work and reclaim who you really are, Suzy is someone I highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Suzy on and off since 2012 – and let’s be honest: you don’t stay with a therapist that long unless they’re amazing. Her broad toolbox, willingness to draw on her own experience, and balance of directness with compassion have been a perfect fit for me & I’m very grateful.

Each time I have worked with Suzy, whether alone or in a group setting, she provided an insightful, connected and judgement-free environment. I have always felt truly seen, supported and safe while working with her. She treated me and the women in the group setting with care and compassion.
I am a huge fan and highly recommend Suzy for her psychotherapist work and group work!

Suzy is a very special woman doing very special work. Thank you, Suzy, for getting me through the hardest days of my life. You bring beauty, peace, and knowledge, and make a real difference in the lives of the women you work with.

I’ve worked with Suzy off and on for several years now and she has always been someone I trust along my journey, and this is for many reasons.
Suzy has a way of making me feel feel safe, heard and accepted. She also brings forward an excess of calm, concise and applicable wisdom, coming from both her professional career and her lived experience.
As someone who’s navigated a lot of trauma and challenge in life, I know Suzy can hold anything I share with her without judgement and she offers me fresh perspectives that guide me deeper into a process that honours me as an individual, while also going directly into the pain points, instead of bypassing. Suzy’s work unravels trauma in a way that feels supportive, deep and also has a playful lightness to it. Healing work can sometimes be so heavy but Suzy’s continual reorientation to recognizing the sweetness of being a human (& woman!) in this complex modern world softens any edges and brings me to the reminder that life is meant for living, and her work continues to bring me to that conclusion. I’m very grateful to have Suzy and her work in my life, thank you!

I worked with Suzy for a few years right after my mom died, just before Covid and a year shy of ending my marriage. She coined my awakening an evolutionary explosion. Through our work together I have gained tremendous insight into myself and continue to make great strides in clarifying my why. I lived on the corner of Avoidance and Denial for decades and Suzy taught me that feeling can be relearned through trust and practice.
She helped bring me back from the void. Suzy was a safe haven and a grounding force for me in the most turbulent of times. She is genuine and wise and she has lived and learned. To me Suzy is a healer, a teacher, a guide and someone I will always consider my friend. Working with Suzy has been one of my greatest blessings.

Being a 1:1 client of Suzy’s and also a part of her inaugural Women’s Group cohort has supported me in so many ways – providing me clarity, perspective, community and safety. Suzy is a gifted facilitator and a catalyst for change – her Women’s Group offering not only impacts each woman participant, but goes on to impact the lives of each woman’s family, friends, colleagues, and community.

I found myself in Suzy’s women’s group during one of the darkest, most transitional periods of my life. It was the perfect and much needed lifeline for me and I would not have leveled up my life in the way I needed to without it. The opportunity to share wisdom with other women navigating similar and different life themes was sacred.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Suzy and Women Rewilding. Suzy’s guidance, advice, knowledge, understanding, honesty – it has changed my life. Her level of understanding and her approach to listening, dialog and discussion is invaluable. Her ability to blend gentleness with honesty has helped me to grow in numerous ways.

My work with Suzy Daren changed my life and probably saved my life. I’ve had over a dozen therapists – Suzy is in the top three. I think of her guidance and care almost every day, and I feel how changed I am from the 30-something who stumbled into her office 17 years ago saying I didn’t know how to trust anyone …and then I stayed with her for 4 years.

Of all the people who have come and gone in my life, Suzy has been one of the most important. I cannot express enough gratitude for all the new lenses she has helped me to find for myself, those around me, and for this world. Suzy’s authenticity and genuine approach to therapy helps her clients believe in themselves, forgive themselves, and find beauty in the imperfect human experience.
