Meet Suzy Daren
Wild Spirit, Steady Heart

I walk with women who caged their wild and now ache to run free.

5 Things You Should Know About Me

I’m both a therapist and a woman who’s done her own deep work.

I don’t just talk about healing, I live it. I’m committed to what I teach, making time each day to strengthen my body, sharpen my mind, and open my heart.

1

I believe the personal is political.

The patriarchy isn’t abstract – it lives in your inner critic, your burnout, and your boundaries. I help women spot the pattern, break the cycle, and reclaim their power.

2

I’ve studied the brain, the body, and the soul.

With degrees in psychology and religion, a decade as a yoga teacher, training in Ayurveda, and a lifelong devotion to spiritual study, I weave science and wisdom traditions together.

3

I’m not afraid of your shadow or your brilliance.

Whatever you carry, light or dark, I’ll meet it without judgment. My role is to hold space with honesty, reverence, and the kind of presence that makes all parts of you feel welcome.

4

I cry when women uplift women.

Every. single. time. It’s why I created Women Rewilding – to give women a place to speak truth, reclaim power, and stop walking their paths alone.

The Lived Stuff

I’ve lived a life that hasn’t followed the rules.

I grew up in Toronto, then moved through Sedona, Oakland, Brooklyn, Costa Rica, and now Tampa.

I’ve explored altered states since I was a teen.
I’ve healed from addiction.
Untangled myself from abuse.
Given away my power in sex and love more times than I want to count.

I’ve stood in line at food banks, had nowhere to sleep… and I’ve eaten at Michelin-star restaurants and stayed at the Four Seasons.

These things don’t make me special.
But they make me honest.
I don’t flinch when someone brings the hard stuff. I’ve been there.
And I know what it takes to come back with your soul intact.

I parent solo.

I find solace and inspiration in many places:
Nature, honest conversations, the gym, poetry, and the theater.
I believe laughter belongs in the healing process. So does beauty. So does depth.
I live by intuition and inquiry. I love art, study, lifting heavy weights, and sacred stillness.
Yoga Nidra has saved my life.

I’m obsessed with people and how the human psyche works.

This Is an Invitation

If something in you stirred while reading this – if a part of you felt named, remembered, maybe even a little braver – consider that your sign.

I lead intimate rewilding groups for women who are ready to name what they long for, what they’re done tolerating, and who they’re here to become.

We meet online. We go deep. We hold each other with fierce respect.

If you’re ready to be seen in your full complexity… I’d love to have you.
