Frequently Asked Questions

Beginning the Journey

Just click the Get Started button or send a quick message to say hello. We’ll set up a free 15-minute consultation to see if a group or private work might be the right fit. We’ll also talk through your goals and any questions you have.

This is for you if you value deep connection, honest reflection, and the kind of community that holds you accountable to your own growth.

Women are at the heart of this work. That said, I also work with couples, men, and gender-diverse individuals when our values align. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
All sessions are held online via Zoom for accessibility, flexibility, and privacy.
Yes. Women Rewilding is available internationally – our only limits are time zones and a stable internet connection.

Group Work

If you’re open to being seen and supported by other women, I always recommend starting with a group. There’s nothing like being witnessed in your truth. If your story involves deep trauma or feels too private for a group setting, we can begin one-on-one.
The group container is delicate and confidential, and its power comes from the trust we build together. Because of this, I don’t offer trial sessions. But I’m happy to connect beforehand to help you feel into whether it’s the right fit.
Group healing depends on consistency and shared presence. If you anticipate missing more than one or two sessions, this might not be the right season to join. Still – reach out and we can talk it through.

The 12-week Weekly Women’s Group is $900, and the 12-week Rewilding the Feminine group is $1,200. Payment plans are available.

I offer two half-price scholarship spots for each group. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to apply – access matters.
Yes. If you have a circle of women seeking depth, connection, and real transformation, I’d be honored to facilitate a private group. Reach out with what you’re envisioning and we’ll build it together.

One-on-One Sessions

Individual sessions are currently $240 for a 50-minute session.

Women Rewilding is not a medical service, so I’m not able to accept insurance. For psychotherapy clients in Florida and New York, I’m considered an out-of-network provider and can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement.
