This course is for every woman who has experienced abuse – emotional, verbal, mental, physical, or sexual. Whether it happened years ago, just last month, or you’re still surviving it today… you belong here. All of it leaves marks. All of it matters.
Abuse thrives in silence. It trains you to question your instincts, swallow your truth, and carry your pain alone. That silence can erode your safety, your sense of self, and your reality.
Rewilding the Feminine is a space to break that silence. To tell the truth. To reclaim what was taken and restore what remains: your voice, your body, your pleasure, your wisdom, your life force, and your purpose.

What would your life look like if your nervous system wasn’t always braced for impact? If trauma wasn’t running the show behind the scenes? If you had real tools to steady yourself, a circle of women who have your back, and the freedom to direct your mind and energy toward what matters most?
Imagine waking up with clarity instead of dread. Speaking your truth without apology. Moving through the world with strength in your body, steadiness in your emotions, and a purpose that extends far beyond the relationships that have failed you.
When you reclaim your life force, you don’t just change your own life – you change the lives of everyone around you.

Abuse doesn’t just happen in isolation. It’s part of a larger, societal system that conditions women to stay quiet, compliant, and disconnected from their power. When you name the truth of what happened to you, you’re not only breaking your own silence – you’re breaking a cycle that has kept women diminished for generations.
This course offers both education and transformation. You’ll learn how abuse impacts the body, mind, and spirit… how it rewires your brain, your sense of self, and your relationships… and, most importantly, how to begin healing.

I don’t approach this course as someone standing outside of your pain. I am a survivor of domestic violence and sexual abuse. I know what it’s like to exist in relationships that feel unsafe, to question my reality, to wonder if escaping is even possible.
My expertise comes from:
This isn’t just another course. It’s the weaving of lived truth, academic rigor, and therapeutic skill. It’s a course created by someone who’s been where you are and knows what it takes to rise from the ashes.

You deserve a space to heal – one that grounds your body, honors your truth, and surrounds you with a community that believes you. You deserve to reclaim your life force.
There’s no perfect moment to begin. Only the quiet urgency of now… and the knowing that your authentic power is awaiting you.
✨ Space is limited to keep this course intimate and connected.
